With poorly-produced videos and Powerpoint propaganda as the norm, employee training has long been treated like a box to be checked with little lasting impact. Founded by a professional athlete turned star salesman, 1Huddle allows companies big and small to easily develop engaging training games that meet the working world where they live – their mobile phones. Building on the idea that a little healthy competition can bring culture and connectedness, the platform motivates by providing an employer’s top performers with recognition via a leaderboard and prizes both online and off.

To give the company a fresh look as they pushed into a new phase of expansion and growth, we brought the energy of the sports world into a new brand. With bold typography, in-your-face graphics, and dynamic motion the new 1Huddle feels at home everywhere from the boardroom to the basketball arena (the Knicks just happen to be a customer). Relaunching with a campaign inspiring potential clients to ‘Build a company people love working for,’ black and white portraits of empowered employees come alive with motivational one-liners in signature 1Huddle blue.
