Located in the Bridgeport area of Chicago, Kimski is the Polish-Korean love child of emerging celebrity chef Won Kim and neighborhood renaissance man Ed Marzewski. Serving up fusion street food such as Polish sausage with kimchi sauerkraut in what has been described as a beer hall from outer space, the branding brief was simple: make it weird. We did just that.
